Dr Edly Destine is by far the best dentist. I did my root canal, and I felt no pain. I actually started falling asleep halfway through the procedure. His work is impeccable, his staff is friendly, and his office is pristine! 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.

I strongly advise against seeking dental care at this practice. Before my appointment, I confirmed multiple times with staff that my root canal would be fully covered under my BlueCross BlueShield dental insurance — only to be told at the visit that I owed $300 for 3D imaging. After 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they waived the charge. I later confirmed with my insurance that advanced imaging of this kind is not clinically required and is commonly used to extract additional payments from insurers. Following the root canal, I received no aftercare instructions and no follow-up regarding my crown procedure. I called the office repeatedly, and the line was consistently busy. When I raised this with the receptionist, she initially dismissed it as not being an issue — then, five minutes later, acknowledged that another patient had reported the same problem. When I finally reached someone by calling from a different number, I was connected with the dentist himself — who told me he owed me no apology. I told him I wasn’t looking for one, only that I needed to be scheduled promptly for my crown. He put me on hold and hung up. I am still waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, I

I’ve been coming to this office for a while and have generally had positive experiences, especially with the previous hygienist (the woman from England—she was excellent, gentle, and thorough). However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The current hygienist was extremely rough during both my cleaning and my child’s. My 8-year-old, who has no cavities and has always enjoyed going to the dentist, left saying her mouth hurt—which has never happened before. As for me, my gums are now inflamed and sore. The cleaning felt aggressive, and it seemed like my gums were being dug into unnecessarily. I understand that cleanings can be uncomfortable at times, but this went beyond normal sensitivity. I’m hoping this feedback is taken seriously, as the quality of care—especially for children—should prioritize both effectiveness and comfort. I would appreciate more gentle care in future visits.

I had my first visit at this dental office today, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The office was extremely clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from start to finish. The dentist Dr. Edly was absolutely amazing—took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how comfortable and relaxed they made the experience. The cleaning was also excellent—very thorough yet gentle. I left feeling like my teeth have never been cleaner. Overall, a fantastic first experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
